The main thing that is great about this as opposed to the big brands is that you can brush and it doesn't sting your mouth for the next 35 minutes. You can drink cold water or eat an orange within a few minutes. I don't think all that stuff they put in standard toothpastes is really good for me, so this seems like a great alternative.
