Rechargeable unit and batteries.
We bought the Arlo camera for my mom house so that we could make sure she was safe at home. The camera does go through batteries pretty quickly so we figured getting rechargeable lithium batteries we be a better use of our money. I had the new batteries and charging unit sent to my mom's caregiver who had a small problem with the recharger. I contacted the seller and they could not have been more accommodating, above and beyond. Do not think twice about using this product and seller.

Good Batteries
I dont know if these are really good, or if all the non-rechargeables ones I got were terrible. I would go thru batteries monthly on my Arlo cameras. Some would start out saying 50% charged, I assume from sitting on shelves so long. These I was able to fully charge up first, then put in my cameras. So far so good, and are lasting longer. I had some new non-rechargeable ones which I put in the driveway camera at same time I put rechargeable ones in other cameras. You can see in the attached picture, the rechargeable ones are already lasting long. Both started as 100%, and both these cameras are different angles of the same view, so pick up the same things. Even if battery life was same, I can keep spare rechargeable ones for immediate change out when needed, and save a small fortune over buying new ones every month. I have 9 cameras, 4 batteries each. The energizers cost $16.30 for a 10 pack. Lasting an average of a month, that's 4x$16.30 ($65.20) a month, or $782.40/yr in Arlo batteries as compared to a one time cost of $80 in rechargeable ones. Almost $800/yr or $80 for at least a year... I still think the rechargeable ones are a bit pricey, but is certainly far cheaper than the alternative.I'd recommend you get this too... along with extra batteries to maintain on charger so you don't have a camera down while batteries recharge.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H4JQYF2/

Ruined arlo security cam batteries (Updated: Seller refunded full amount)
Updated: Seller contacted and offered to make things right. Refunded full amount.used the charger to recharge batteries that came with the Arlo security cameras that were around 60-70% charged and it not only DIScharged them to 0-3% but now the batteries will not charge even with another charger. I would not recommend using them on batteries that came with the Arlo security cameras. They were panasonic brand and had lasted from August to November and were down to 60-70% charges on each camera. One time use in this charger and all batteries are dead/no good now.

Environmentally friendly alternative to buying disposables between $5.00 - $8.00USD each.Everything arrived professionally packaged and new. Well supported product
Inexpensive and convenient charger and batteries. It is a USB charger. It can be plugged into a computer or any USB charger. I use the batteries in security cameras. They seem to work well for this purpose. Even partially charged batteries (as reported by the cameras they are in) get a green, fully charged, light so I am not sure how long it takes to really fully charge these batteries. They have been in use for 3 weeks as of September 28, 2018 (I own two sets) so far and show no lack of power.Updated review:11-28-2018 Some of my batteries were not charging to the full 4.2v that they should achieve. Very helpful conversations with an EasyBuy representative has led to them sending a new charger.

Now a Five STAR
I am changing my review after receiving the new updated charger and batteries. The new charger works great and charged the batteries in about 1 1/2 hrs. The new charger has a built in (USB) charging cable that is very handy.The batteries seem to be heavier and better quality. The customer service was great after I returned my first purchase.This is a upgrade to FIVE stars, good value for this product.
