Great product- I had literally tried every homeopathic and natural method to try to get better sleep, tea, melatonin, everything. My biggest fear was that Insozia would leave me feeling groggy or tired in the morning- but it doesn't! I wake up feeling refreshed and energized after no waking for a solid 6-8 hours of sleep!

Works somewhat, but I don't like the artifical color
Works slightly better than melatonin, at least for me. I don't wake up groggy, which is a huge plus. But I don't see any improvement in my energy or brain fog the next day which is the whole reason I want to sleep better.My biggest complaint is that they chose to coat the tablet with artificial color. I wish they hadn't done this! Those of us who use natural remedies tend to (in general) not like the artificial colors, so what made them decide to do this? Bad decision.
