Review: Sound quality - The best until now
Review: Excellent value for money - Anker never disappoints! They really do know how to make excellent products that punch above their weight for price. This is probably one of the sleakest looking Bluetooth speakers you'd be happy to have on a shelf in your living room but waterproof so you can take to the beach or the pool. The sound is crystal clear which is why I chose it over more bass heavy speakers like JBL. The handle makes it so easy to carry. I like their app soundcore always gives you lots of audio options to tweak the sound to your liking. When I say it's not as bass heavy as JBL speakers I'm not trying to say it sound lacking. You wouldn't notice unless you had both speakers side by side. But JBL speakers have more distortion at high volume than the x600. ****UPDATE**** I have found that I have a minor issue with my X600 unit. Sometimes after turning it on and pairing, the volume is stuck at a low level and nothing changes it, turning it off and on again seems to fix it. I will be buying a second one as a Christmas gift and will find out if they have any problems as well.

**Q: What is the range from phone to speaker?**
A: I HAVE HAD MINE 60 FT OR SO WITHOUT DISTORTION. I RECALL SEEING A YOUTUBE VIDEO AND THEY HAD A GUY THAT WAS OVER 200 FT AWAY WITHOUT DISTORTION OR LOSS OF SIGNAL. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT.

**Q: Can 2 speakers be paired for true left/right stereo playback?**
A: Yes, you can have two speakers paired at the same time to get stereo playback.

**Q: Can the handle be removed or is the bluetooth antenne contained within that? Don't really care for the handle.**
A: We regret that the handle is not removable, the Bluetooth antenna is located on the top cover of the speaker, near the power button.

**Q: What is the sound quality of aux in? Do you get better quality or less?**
A: I tried aux in and you lose a lot of the spatial sound. Not nearly as good as using Bluetooth.

I might have gotten a defective product. The sound is great except that half the time there's a fly buzzing inside the speaker. I think anyone who'se owned a loud speaker should recognize it. If I turn it off and turn it back on then it goes away (sometimes). It's annoying because sometimes I need to shake it or give it a minute before it works normally. I expected more given all the raving reviews. UPDATE: I received a replacement from the seller and it was very easy. The replacement didn't have the same issue and the sound was loud, clear, and superb. I would recommend it, especially at this price. It has been praised all over YouTube and it really does sound great.
