So they seen to be adequate for watch bands. **Q: Does it fit for a Rolex watch ?** A: Does not fit Rolex **Q: Are these pins compatible with all watches (Seiko)?** A: ALL Seiko watches? The kit comes with every size. So, my answer would be, “this product would work with a high percentage of watches”. Also, it worked well with my Seiko Kinetic. I used what appeared to be a bigger spring for a tighter fit. The tools enclosed made it easier. I typically spent $10 every couple months for a repair. Now, I can replace myself 20 times for less than $10. My first repair is still working fine.
