They were actually a perfect fit and flattering, surprisingly, for a woman's bod! I wore them out over 12 years and now they are shorts since the knees are what gave out. The style number was still on them as well as the size and I found them here. Amazon delivered them quickly and I was so excited to receive them! Sadly, like so many other brands (Levi's for one), they aren't near the quality that they once were. They also don't fit like the ones i commandeered from my husband. They are much thinner and a bit baggier. I still wear the 'shorts' and they fit just right. These, however, are just not the same:( I'm keeping them, tho. I'm disappointed, Carhartt. You were my favorite brand when I used to work and fish in Alaska. And as the 'shorts' prove--great quality that went through hell and back and still held up! Will see how these fare. They are comfortable and the light weight will be good for working out in the hotter weather. Also--I know these are meant to be a lighter weight than the work pants, I am saying that they are way thinner than they used to be. The 12 year old pair that have been washed and worn a zilliontimes are still a heavier weight than the new ones... ### ⭐ Size varies by color apparently *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2018* I purchased these pants in navy, tan, and fatigue(gray) in the same size at the same time. The navy fits true to size but for whatever reason, the gray and tan are a whole size smaller in the waist than the navy.
