It seems pretty solid. I do my dumbbell step ups with 60 pounds in each hand and I weigh about 175 pounds. No issues so far. The built in handles make it easy to move. I do like how the sides are stamped so you can easily adjust the height you want. I did not get the grip version and got the standard wood. As long as I’m using it on my gym mats I don’t have to worry about the box sliding. I wouldn’t use it on my garage concrete. Putting the item together didn’t take long neither.
