Use the included cleaning brush and scraper to push food out of the dicer grid, rinse, and load the parts on the top rack. No scrubbing between the blades and no soaking. - QUICK PREP, 8 BLADES IN ONE TOOL – Two dicers (1/4 and 1/2 inch), a mandoline slicer, wavy and julienne blades, 2 graters and a zester, all in heavy-duty, rust-resistant 420 stainless steel for clean, even cuts.
