I recieved exactly what I was shopping for. I love that these are screwed into the holes instead of popping them in, just gives me a better sense of security. They were super easy to put in. I used them as two seperate holders in my bag (one for my cup with ice to work and one for my hot coffee). I do not go too far with the bag, but needed a little support for the short distance the bag travels. This was perfect fit dor most of my mugs snuggly! Excuse the dirty bag..appparently time to wipe it clean!
