Terrible cheap product, it supplied without UK plug but a UN-FUSED socket adaptor, the whole thing looked to be a very cheaply made Chinese product,of poor quality, poor communication from the seller on Amazon marketplace, although I returned the item to a address the seller on Amazon marketplace supplied’ which was it turns out a student’s address for a room in London, I never did receive the refund, I’ve now re raised the dispute with Amazon

It makes cooking fun and easy. Great value for money. It has been easy to clean. It is made from fairly cheap materials but I have confidence I am going to enjoy cooking on it.

It took a while to get here but was worth the wait .

The cable supplied did catch fireHave replaced with Uk one and now seems ok

j'en ai commander 2 vu que nous somme une grand famille et je trouve que cela fonctionne bien.pour le grill et la soupe ça chauffe fort et cuit bien , la puissance du grill et de la soupe se contrôle séparément c'est très bien. , évidement la première utilisation sent un peut le plastique , mais les fois d'après plus du tout .les seuls bémols que je donnerais serait que cela ne se démonte pas pour le nettoyage et que le pot de soupe est un peu petit alors il faut le remplir 1 ou 2 fois sur la soirée pour que les aliment soient bien submergé pour la cuisson.sinon je suis très contente de mon achat.

Ich habe den Hot-Pot/Korean Barbecue Doppeltopf vor Ewigkeiten gekauft und er funktioniert immer noch ohne Fehler. Die Antihaftbeschichtung sieht auch noch aus wie neu und funktioniert genauso gut wie am Anfang.

Le réchaud est arrivé dans un emballage fait par le vendeur totalement ouvert (voir la photo). De plus la prise électrique est une prise UK donc impossible de brancher le réchaud. Vendeur a éviter. Je déconseille vivement.

Bei dem Topf fehlen die Gummifüße. Der Verkäufer konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, er verstand nicht was ich meinte. Der Topf hat keinen festen Stand und schon gar nicht auf einen festen Untergrund. Mit dem Verkäufer konnte keine Lösung erzielt werden. Ich habe das Problem selber gelöst in dem ich rutschfestes Gummi auf die da vorgesehenen Löcher geklebt habe. Sind nur Cent Artikel , die aber mitgeliefert werden sollten. Nun hatte der Topf zwar einen festen Stand,funktionierte aber trotzdem nicht, Platten blieben kalt. Habe ihn dann reklamiert und das Geld wurde mir erstattet.
