## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone tried this tool on an established Dallis Grass clump? Can anyone take a guess?**
A: No it will not. I have been trying to do just that for the last two hours and it takes me 5-8 pulls just to get it all. The prongs are too short to get the root and not spaced enough to get the whole clump. It is not user error. I drove it down centered on the root with my foot and even tried applying more force while leaning the tool. Just breaks the roots every time.

**Q: Can you pull weeds from clay or tropical soil?**
A: If the soil is heavy clay, this product will work poorly, if at all. In my many attempts to get it to work in clay soil (wet, dry, cold...), it failed *every* time -- pulling up as many clods of soil (which then need to be manually removed from the tool) as anything else. And, 9/10 times, the tap/central root would break off.  I ended up giving the tool away at a yard sail. Waste of time and money for clay soils.

**Q: What is the difference between this lower priced version and the version selling for $78?**

**Q: Will this work on clumps of crabgrass in the lawn?**
A: It works very well on the crab grass that I have.  I have been using it for a few weeks now and it is very sturdy, the pole is the right height and is very easy to use on the crab grass in my lawn.

I have been looking for a week puller that is easy to use and works great. Built tough, light weight, very versatile for yard and ditch and even works in gravel beds. Handle is very durable and the end is sharp and comes with covers to protect them.
