My only gripe would be the short string the clip is on barely gets out of the pack so for key cards it's a little fiddly to scan into the building, but it's minor. Good pockets, nice protection for my 13" laptop, a sleeve I can put the keyboard in, and a pocket for connectors as well as a pocket for my earbuds and mouse. The design is perfect for organizing the small stuff and fitting larger items as well. I love the padded laptop pocket, and the smaller zipper pockets. The water bottle sleeve is small for a realistic water bottle, but mine fits inside just fine, and I use the pocket all the time for easy-access small stuff. This backpack works beautifully for my day-to-day stuff, school, and it's a perfect personal item for flying!
