**Q: Does maple sugar make for a good replacement for brown sugar?**
A: No- this is a granular sugar - it can take the place of regular sugar.  You might be able to use it to make your own brown sugar but not sure how that would taste.

**Q: How different in chemistry is maple sugar from maple syrup?**
A: Maple sugar is made from maple syrup, the syrup is heated to a high  temperature and quickly cooled down, wich allows the moisture to escape and it turns into sugar.

**Q: can i see the ingredient list please?**
A: Ingredients listed as: 100% pure organic maple syrup.  Hope this helps.

**Q: how much water per cup of powder to convert to syrup ?**
A: I would assume less water, due to sugar being more dense then refined one. Never tried, play with it to come to desired consistency or buy “ready” as plenty perfect/clean options available.
