Picture Perfect
Already had standoffs on the edge of our patio roof so installing the antenna on a 20 foot pole was easy. After installation, I allowed our TV to automatically find the available off-the-air channels. It found48 in HDTV. The pictures and sound are perfect. I am very pleased. The price and delivery were A #1as has been the installation and TV reception. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitationrecommending this antenna to anyone.

Easy to install and operate, saves you big!
In my area, cable prices are insane! I decided against paying the near $200 per month just to watch tv and to look into digital antennas. I live in town rather than out in the rural areas so it was not hard for me to pick up a decent amount of channels after this was installed. It's all about location and how close you are to broadcasting towers when it comes to picking up a variety of channels and receiving strong signal. I installed my antenna on my roof and I haven't had any issues to speak of, my first scan brought in 10 channels then began to go up to 20 channels with very good signal quality. I've saved a ton of money with this and I highly recommend you do the same because why pay so much for cable tv when you can have close to the same for free?

Pleased with clear hd pictures!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Put it up 20 feet it works great with long range reception and pleased with clear hd pictures. The remote for turning works fastly, us older people will remember yelling to someone outside to stop when the tv picture became clear. Very easy to setup with this antenna. Screw U-sharp mount shape and tied with our old tv pole.Recommend!

Works good, durability remains to be seen
I just received it and we're encountering storms so I've not mounted it. However I'm able to receive all of my local channels up to roughly 60 miles sitting in my lower level den. It's not heavy duty and I'm considering placing it in the attic instead of my roof mount. With the push of a button either on the amp itself or the remote (which does not have a very long range but isn't necessary) it rotates one direction. Once it hits it's limit, it reverses. It has about a 350 degree turn. There's a small area that's not covered due to the limit stop point.I'm not happy the coax is attached and at least initially not removable. I'd prefer to use my actual outdoor RG6 cables that are already in place. The included, attached coax does not look like it's going to hold up to a lot of abuse but should be ok once placed and stable. In conclusion it works great, I'm just not sure how durable it'll be placed outdoors.

Waste of time and hard earned $$$.
Wish I could give this 0 stars. 2nd one of these I have tried, after the first one got WATER INSIDE THE ANTENNA! And it was barely working at all, after working well for about 6 months. This one showed up looking used, and returned. Box was all messed up and poorly packaged. Scratches on the antenna itself. But I dont get a lot of free time, and the cords were in a bag still, so I decided to try it rather than mess around returning it. After an hour of setting it up outside on the side of my second story house, I run the cord and try to attach it to the booster. The prong on the booster box has spun loose, and must not be attached to anything inside the box. I got ZERO stations. Tried hooking it up without the booster....got TWO stations! I have 40 stations available in my area! Several of which that are under 15 miles away! This thing is trash, and now I have to go through the hassle of taking it back down and returning it! Just like some one else clearly had to do already. I can see now why it was so cheap

Swimming in channels
Bought this cause I was moving to another state and couldn't take my old roof top model antenna with me. I figured it was only 30 some dollars and I was planning on mounting it outside the house and get a few channels. It said the highest range for the money and they definitely weren't kidding. According to the ota site I'm only supposed to get like 30 channels max with my antenna posted outside my house. I set it up inside my house and it actually gets between 42 and 62 digital channels and a few garbage analog. I was blown away and the quality is really good considering it's just posted inside my house. From time to time when the weather is bad the signal might cut out for a second but then it comes right back or if I move it a little the signal gets a little stronger. It's not the best antenna out there by any means but it's certainly proven to be the best value. I have tried the leaf and like 3 other indoor antennas before and all of them didn't breach 2 star performance. Good job manufacturers. It doesn't look like much when you pull it out of the box but if you get it set up right, you will be swimming in channels in no time.

Excellent Antenna
I live in north central Florida and after connecting this antenna to my 32" flat screen Sanyo TV. I installed the antenna with a wall mount (ANTOP AT-724) near the ceiling in the closet in the room the TV is located. I was able to lay the cable along the floor board out of site from the closet to the TV. I receive 51 air stations (no cable) from the Orlando area which is approximately 55 miles away and come in very clear. It only took a small tweak of antenna movement to get all 51 stations in clear.I recommend this antenna works as described!

disappointed
This item was bought to replace an older antenna that had been partially damaged by a tree limb, during a storm. The description and specifications showed that it would be an "upgrade" and "better" than the one we had been using for approximately 6 years. Our older antenna no longer rotated remotely. This new antenna was neither better or an upgrade. It found less channels than our broken antenna and some of the channels were broken and sketchy all the time. We even tried moving it to different areas, raising it, lowering it and even shortening the distance it was located from the TV. I was also disappointed that the cable was hardwired to the antenna. It did not have a cable connection, the cable/wire was hard wired into the antenna. Not a good design. In the end, it is sitting in a box in our storage building. It is wasted $$. We put the old, broken one back up and are still using it. We live approx 59 to 63 miles SSW of our broadcasters towers. We are in a rural setting in OK.
