I've never enjoyed taking supplements but, as I get older, I find it is better for me to add them into my daily routine. Just to keep myself healthy and moving, there are certain things I need to add in with proper diet and exercise. I work nights as well so getting some extra vitamin D in my system is a must. These tablets don't have any strange or off-putting odors and they are relatively easy to swallow. They didn't leave any bad tastes in my mouth or make me cringe because of a horrible flavor. I didn't notice any massive changes for about a week. After that, I started to notice that I had a little more energy and the joint pain I usually have from my arthritis felt a little more manageable. I don't know if that was wishful thinking on my part but I was happy to have what felt like a little relief from the pain! The price for a double pack of these supplements is reasonable for how long they last. That, combined with the lack of flavors and odors, makes them a great option for getting some extra vitamins into your system.

It's early yet, but I can already tell a positive difference in how I feel after only a short time. I like that it has a few different types of magnesium in it and that it has D3 and zinc to make it even more effective. This took longer than I expected to arrive, but it wasn't a very long wait. I am satisfied with this product.

I've found magnesium helps me in many ways. Better sleep, better digestive health and mental clarity. Having multiple minerals and other ingredients seems to be the right blend for me.
