Will this lacquer be okay to spray over them as a protective coat ?** A: I have used it over silver paint and it was fine. Don't see any reason why you cant use it over black. **Q: How many wheels will 1 can do** A: All four easily. One or two coats will last a long time. Brilliant stuff.
