**Q: How does this compare to carnation instant milk,  i'm assuming better.   seems more value for you're money.   we're primarily using it for baking**
A: See the picture in my review ... this stuff pretty much never dissolves in water.  Carnation instant milk always seems to work just fine.

**Q: Is this product antibiotic-free?  I emailed the company and never received a response back.**
A: It is antibiotic free.

**Q: Can this be used in coffee vending machine?**
A: I have never used a coffee vending machine and I don’t know how it works. But this milk powder dissolves pretty good, so I would think it can be used like any other milk.

**Q: Does this milk contain BST hormones?**
A: It says hormone and antibiotics free on the package.

I've bought this milk powder a few times now because of how useful it's been in some recipes. Sometimes I need milk but am out, and don't have time to run to the store. This powder works perfectly in those situations. It tastes ok by itself, and you do need ot mix it well, but for mixing into a recipe the difference in flavor compared to real milk makes almost no difference.
