The fit is so good that I was able to stand up -- I do not recommend walking while using the pack, but it is necessary at times -- and walk without the pack shifting even a centimeter. Good cold transfer -- feeling cold means not feeling pain. It was easier to walk on the leg after using the pack as pain was almost gone and inflammation seemed less i.e. I could bend my knee more easily For an added bonus this can also be used as a heat pack.
