Can’t tell any difference in how I feel.

These glutathione patches work pretty well! I wasn’t sure what to expect from a patch versus a pill, but I was happy to feel increased energy and decreased fatigue by the end of the day. I’ve used them pretty consistently for the past 2 weeks and don’t have any issues so far, so I would definitely recommend them.The patches have a very strong adhesive, it stays on all day even if sweating, and it’s easy enough to remove without any residue, redness, or rash!

Wish they had more directions included—wear only at night, keep replacing so you wear patches 24 hrs a day or only 6-8hrs?I placed one patch on my stomach overnight and had a small rash when removed in the morning. Rash went away in 3 days. Will try a new site tonight. Hope it works

I'm not big on taking pills so this was the perfect alternative to pills and coffee- as I am trying to lower my caffeine intake. These patches are a natural safe alternative. I placed the patch on daily for a week before going to work. I could totally tell the difference in my energy level at work while wearing the patch versus the previous week when I didn't wear it. I work on a computer all day and prior I would get sleepy and be tired but after wearing the patch I had enough energy to stay feeling good and go all day. Glutathione is good for so many things including immune support and just your overall wellness. I have now made these patches part of my morning routine.
