I do 2-3 sessions per day for 10-15 mins at a time, depending on the severity of my pain, the most important in the morning for me when I am very tight. It is not for the faint or weak, start slow and steady, it hurts, but if you have to learn to focus your mind and breathing to get through the discomfort at first. You will slowly begin to build up the tolerance. After your session, slowly roll off the device, do some mild upper back stretching and drink water to help out hydrate your muscles, minimize pain and fatigue.I highly recommend this product and all products from littlemum.
