I was looking for that extra boost of energy in the bedroom and boy did this give it. It really works but the down side is that you may get a headache if you don't drink plenty of water. The taste isn't bad and you can take them with you where ever. The price was a little high but it was worth it because it last for three days and sometimes four. I plan on purchasing another box soon

Does work great, but I did get a headache

The first time I took it I did not read the instructions. I just opened the pack and ate it like a savage. It worked but however the base of my neck right above the rear of my shoulder blades hurt like hell for about 5 days.Didn’t touch it for a month. Then after I read the instructions I put it in about 2oz of tea. Been doing it every couple weeks with no problems. Rock hard and it gives me much more stamina. Down side is for the next 3 days if the wind blows the wrong way your soldier will stand at attention.
