not as good as a hot water bottle
It's very easy to use and smells lovely. But the maximum you can heat it is for 1 minute 30 seconds and that cools down so quickly. My hot water bottle stays warm for hours! The last one I had I heated for longer and it got all burnt.

Washable Outer Fleece Cover
This product has a washable sleeve, which is important if used regularly. The length of it wraps around the neck or leg and it does the trick. I wouldn't be without one!

Rubbish
I put this in my microwave for 2 mins and it scorched the cover , so it is now in the bin I should have put it in for 1 min but the microwave is only a 800 one won’t be trying another one
