I bought these in a UK Size 9 and was surprised to still have a room at the back. I was expecting to have to send these back because most strappy shoes never fit my ankles (I'm a size 18 in clothing so my feet are wide fitting too), but awesomely the straps on these shoes have a little bit of black elastic beside the buckle so it can stretch a tiny bit further without cutting into your skin. My ankles measure 10.5inches and I could close the strap on the last hole. I'm going to add an extra one so I can feed it through the buckle properly. Very happy and surprised about that. The straps could easily be resewn and made longer by changing the elastic/buckle rather than cutting into the shoe itself. These shoes are really easy to walk in and make your feet look super dainty. I own other heels by Pleaser but these ones are now my new favorites. Review: Killer heels - Thanks to the previous reviews I purchased a size up from my normal and I'm glad I did. It makes them a fraction too big but because of the pointed toe I know my normal size wouldn't fit. The back of the shoe as a little strap so your heel doesn't touch the back of the shoe. This is genuis because you are unlikely to get a blister but adds to the reason my normal size probably wouldn't fit.
