Review: Excellent for sweaty smelly clothes!!! - Wow is this detergent excellent for getting stinky smells out of my activewear!!!! My hot yoga mat towels that cover my yoga mat were becoming yucky smelling, even after regular washes. They would get drenched during class, but didn’t smell then. But I guess over time, the regular washes with regular detergent wasn’t enough to clean them thoroughly. Found this WIN Detergent, which was said to be one of the top rated on the market, so tried it yesterday washing 10 large yoga mat towels and WOWWWWW, it works amazingly well. And now, my towels smell even better than normal with this active fresh scent! I read reviews saying to soak them first, or prewash with the detergent, but I didn’t do any of that. Just put a few ounces of WIN detergent in the washer with 10 big yoga towels and I was shocked and thrilled how clean and fresh they came out. It is more expensive than others out there but you use very little for a big wash, 2 oz that’s all, and it is well worth it to have them come out clean and smelling fresh. And, it’s not an overpowering fresh smell at all. Highly recommend this detergent!!!!

I can safely soak clothes with this detergent knowing the various fabrics and elastics won’t break down. I use the Green version. Clothes removed from the washer and dryer smell fresh, light, clean, no lingering odors. Almost like a natural spring line dry type of clean scent. No perfume smells. I’ve used other similar products that have destroyed and broken down fabrics after a single use. WIN has been wonderful. The real test of clean comes from wearing the laundered clothes, no residual scent build up occurs during normal/high activity. This helps simplifies my future washes, too, less wash loads/soakw to remove built up odors. A family member heavily uses coconut oils full body and the oil mixed with bodily oils and scents heavily clings to their clothes, making odor removal challenging, if at all possible, when using other detergents. Odor removal was challenging even with repeated same day multiple soaks and washes. I switched up detergents and now use WIN and Biokleen Sport using two washes. First wash is WIN with a short hour long soak. Second wash, I use Biokleen Sport, then move clothes to the dryer. No more overnight or long duration soaks and repeated wash attempts to remove odors. I purchased the 64 oz and a little goes a long ways. I now use it in all my washes and I typically, but not always, do a small to medium load of laundry once a day. The 64 oz bottle lasted 3 months.

**Q: Any word on whether this detergent changes the efficacy of some of the wicking performance wear?**
A: I've used both WIN Green and WIN Blue on all of my running and other performance gear. The detergent is formulated to remove the odor-causing bacteria in the performance wear, but it does not change the materials ability to continue to wick sweat and moisture away. Both WIN Green and WIN Blue work equally as well, WIN Green is just fragrant free.

**Q: Does this eliminate the smell of cat urine from clothes?**
A: It's not specially made to work on cat urine, but we think that the active ingredients in WIN should be very effective at eliminating urine and other pet odors.

**Q: Why does this come in different colors? green or blue?**
A: Blue is the regular, scented version.  Green is fragrance free, dye-free, and more eco- friendly.

**Q: How long can this product be used?**
A: I only use this cleaner. Nothing else for a year no issues

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent product but clothes can smell afterwards

I have mixed feelings about this detergent. I used to use Nathan's which I loved but now have a hard time getting it. on one hand this seems to clean the clothes just fine and I have a lot of sport items. But I also use the Lysol anti-bacterial sport wash with it. The one time I didn't use the lysol the clothes smelled like bad b.o. when I took them out of the wash but no longer smelled after I dried them. So I'm going to use up what I have but might try another product. The price is decent which is why I choose this one over some others that were more expensive but also need to use more. I also didn't want to have to worry about pre-soaking but if I wasn't using the Lysol in tandem might need to pre-soak which is a no go for me.
