I love this trainer. It stays in place, it is made from strong material, stitching is perfect and My abdominal is help in as if didn’t have a small bulge. I use the trainer not for regular exercise but as a every day wear depending on what I am wearing . I will purchase another for exercising purpose. This trainer needs more than a five ⭐️.
