I shopped and shopped for a helmet that was quiet. I must have went through 6 helmets and returned them all. Most were in the $200.00 range. I finally found this helmet and it had good reviews and was supposed to not have a lot of wind noise. We'll my experience is this helmet is not any different wind noise wise than any of the $200.00 dollar helmets. I do wear ear plugs but a little disappointed. This helmet $500.00 price is not any less noisy than the $200.00 dollar helmets.
