Sizing: This 24 inch in diameter pillow insert will provide a regular fit for a 24 inch in diameter pillow cover, a full fit for an 23 inch in diameter pillow cover, and a plump fit for a 22 inch in diameter pillow cover. Shipping: All pillows are made and shipped within two to three business days via the shipping method you choose at purchase. Custom Pillows: These pillows are made after you purchase them. Thus, if you'd like your pillow a little fuller or less full, send us a request - we should be able to accommodate you. Washing Instructions: These inserts are machine washable and dry-able. We recommend cold water and the softer and fluff cycles. Please wash alone or with other white items. After washing and drying, a good fluff will bring the insert back to normal.
