Wow! So this is a powelifting belt....
Before I had this belt, I was using a much thinner and smaller Valero belt. Because of that, I was able to notice the vast difference in the amount of support that this belt provided compared to your other thinner gym belts. Notch this sucker as tight as you can, take a deep breath into your belly, and feel that strong abdominal bracing! YEAH! It feels as if you have evolved! (Lol)This is one of the more affordable 13 mm lifting belt I could find on Amazon so look no further if you're trying to find something this thick for cheaper. I would also like to mention that the creators of this belt is highly confident that this is not only lasting material, but also an effective belt. Well presented instructions are included and the manufacturers personally email you to keep them posted about the belt and to ensure the quality of the belt. This belt does a great job at fulfilling it's purpose and it's quality is noticeable. My only gripes with it is that it can pinch your belly when you go for some deadlifting, and the belt is REALLY stiff. Use it often to break into it.I find it easier to wear the belt with the buckle on your right side.

Very stiff and sturdy, but the belt might run a tad small
VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT PUT THIS BELT STRAIGHT ON AFTER YOU UNBOX IT. IT'S NOT THE SAME AS A 10MM. IT'S THICKER AND YOU WILL GET STUCK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE LOL, I LEARNED THE HARD WAY.Background: Coming from a $50 cheap 10mm flimsy eBay lever belt. No experience with Titan, Inzer, Best Belts, or any other big name companies.Initial Impressions straight out the box: Very solid and sturdy. It's super stiff and I can tell it's gonna be awhile to break this bad boy in lol. It looks as if they used a thinner stitching on the inside and a thicker stitching on the outside. Not a big deal or concern from me, but just an observation. Rivets and buckle seem to be very well made and it looks like they'd last a lifetime. Now I had to get straight to the sizing. I've had a bad experience with my first belt with sizing as I'm on the last hole of my 10mm lever belt, so I was really hoping that the sizing would be correct this time around. Again I got kinda disappointed, but not as much as my 1st belt. I walk around everyday around 32-33 inches, let's just use 32.5 as reference. Looking at the sizing chart, it would be common sense that I for sure get a medium because that would put me smack dab in the middle. It's a no brainer. This wasn't the case. the 30-33 Medium size that they offer is at the end of the belt instead of the middle. This would suggest that the belt runs a tad bit small. I myself at the tightest most comfortable position is at the 31 inch hole. Once I break it in i might be able to sneak in the 30 inch mark hole. I will put pics for the sizing and the thickness is pretty on point, as it should be. The thing people need to understand is that you will tighten the belt a couple inches less than the belt itself. I'm a 32.5 inch waist but need to cinch the belt at 30-31 inches for maximum support and comfort. If the sizing is the same as the Medium, Large would be too small. I'd be on the last hole. So for a person with a 32-33 inch waist, you only got 1-2 holes left to go and 5-6 holes to lose weight. The Medium goes from 26-33 inches.TL;DR I have a 32.5 inch waist. I personally fit into the 30-31 inch hole. The Medium size belt goes from 26-33 inches. Going to take a long time to break in being a 13mm belt as opposed to a 10mm

Great belt
I've had it for 3 years and i'm still happy with it. Using it every gym session. Great support for the heavy lifts (squats and desdlifts).I'm 5'8'' (172cm) and 170lb (77kg) with 36'' waist. The medium size is perfect. I've used it in my heaviest (180lb/82kg with 38'' weist), on the third notch. Now i'm in the 5th (at 170lb and 36'' weist). So there is a lot of room for getting thinner or heavier.Since I am a bit short this belt can get a little bit unconfortable when squatting with extra fat or with conventional deadlifts when loosing weight (the belt touches my hips and ribs). I bought a thinner belt (3'') but the support was way weaker, couldnt lift as much weight, so I ended up selling that one. This belt is no longer unconfortable since I lost weight and switched to sumo deadlifts.Overall a good belt at a good price, around $60, while other belts with similar quality are usually $100+

Top Notch Belt and Customer Service, USAPL Compliant
This is such a great company and a top notch belt. I needed a belt that fit USAPL specs for a power lifting competition. I had my eye on this belt and before I knew it, it was sold out. I contacted the company and asked them when they would be in stock again. Katelyn from Lift Co. quickly responded to me and let me know an estimated time. She was also SUPER KIND and sent me an email when they were in stock again. I jumped on Amazon and ordered it right away. This belt doesn't disappoint.Pros:Price is fantastic for what you are getting. This belt is BEEFY and SUPPORTIVE. It's big, but within USAPL specs and very supportive. I hurt a disc when I was younger(so I worry) and I had no qualms about my back while lifting, it's that supportive.Surprisingly comfortable when tight(I prefer a tighter fitting belt). I was expecting some discomfort but felt little to none! It was awesome!Cons:Sizing chart is off slightly (i.e BE GENEROUS WITH THE INCHES WHEN YOU MEASURE)(Yep. That's the only con, it's just that great of a belt!)Overall: Although I wish I would have gotten a size up(I used their sizing table and I fell in the large category thinking it'd be a little big, but XL would have been better, meaning be GENEROUS with the sizing when you measure) I am still in LOVE with this belt. It is very supportive and I'm excited to keep lifting with this belt.Thank you Lift Co.!
