Review: Good pasta alternative - This pasta has a nice flavor. It isn't "grainy" or gritty like some others. I did find that it took longer to cook. It seemed a bit tougher than regular pasta but that's probably because it's whole grain. I tested my blood sugar about 1 1/2 - 2 hours after eating and it did not spike. Pasta arrived fresh and intact.

This pasta has a nice flavor. It isn't "grainy" or gritty like some others. I did find that it took longer to cook. The best low carb pasta available IMHO. My wife makes baked ziti for me to take to work. She uses hit honey pizza sauce and WOW! I haven’t gotten tired of it every single work day. BTW: my wife is amazing because she fixes me a nice meal for lunch everyday. I love her.
