This came charged which was so great cuz I got to use it immediately. This little thing is powerful! It's also relatively small in size so it will be way to take with me to work. It has a flat bottom and the fan itself can be swiveled so you can sit it on your desk and not have to hold it the entire time. The wrist strap is a plus, this fan is a summer must have if you get hot easily like me !

The media could not be loaded.  The fan itself is small, but packs a good punch of air..However, it does not stay on any surface, it just continues to spin. Maybe if it were heavier. I really wanted to love this fan!
