I pre-drilled the holes with a smaller bit to make it easier on the self tapping screws but used the self tapping screw for the final size. I snaked the wires through the frame and wire tied them with the supplied ties. Then finaly hooked up power. I could barely see them in the middle of the day but I didn't expect to see anything it was so bright outside but i turned them on this evening and they look great. All the colors work well. My phone connected easily and all the modes work. These are bright lights not dim like others. I might buy a second set to fill any blank spots or get some rock lights but for now these are great. and the quality of the connectors were great as well the best Idea I had for this install was the squeeze clamp and pre drill.
