I haven’t full on tested this out yet but I’m very excited to do so! The tent arrived earlier than expected and I was pleasantly surprised to see that set up was pretty similar to my other tent. I got this larger one because I mostly camp with my dog and cat and realized that the 3-4 person one is just a little too jammed especially when the weather is weathering. That being said, I needed a larger tent that I could still easily put up myself because unfortunately the best thing my dog can offer is standing on the tent when I’m trying to put it up. This was super easy to set up and just took around a minute or two. I’m not sure the mat will really do much for us but it is a nice feature. Take down was also relatively easy and probably took around the same amount of time, putting it in the bag is a little tricker but not terrible. There’s a few things I like about this tent too that my other did not have, the bottom of the poles lock in and the top hinges have a protector. Take it from someone whose last tent didn’t have that—you want. I was moving across the country with my two cats (one prefers staying at home) and dog in the middle of Kansas and we got a bunch of rain and wind and my last tent started collapsing because it’s pop up joints didn’t have a locking mechanism. I had to go out and try taping the joints up which is not, as it turns out, very easy in the rain. Anyway, I’m hoping this bypasses those issues!The one thing I am a little nervous about is that the zipper sits at a corner, I do not love that… I like to be able to zip the tent up to the top, something about that just feels more secure, especially because when you have a door with corner zippers, that means you just have a hole, no matter how tiny there will be a gap between the two zippers. Now for my cat, he loves camping for the fly hunting so there is never enough bugs in the tent for him. However, because he is sometimes just an orange cat in a suit, I could see him somehow finding his way out of the tent and then being spooked when he realizes he doesn’t have his emotional support bag to hide in. I’m thinking that last part can be solved by getting a zipper locking mechanism but I would have loved if this had a continuous zipper, I’m honestly not sure why it doesn’t have that.I’ll try to report back on quality after our first camping day!

So since I'm not an experienced camper, I set up the tent in my backyard. After a couple of nights so far so good although I didn't sleep in it the first night cuz my dog was getting freaked out by all the wind. Speaking of wind, when I woke up this morning at about 7:00 a.m. and I looked out the window the tent looked fine and then a couple hours later, well you can see the photos. The Chrome Stakes that come with the tent should probably be replaced with more heavy duty Stakes. Fortunately the tent does not seem to be damaged and I really like the ease of setup. My first solo camping trip with a couple of other people is coming up at the end of May 2025. If there are any additional issues I'll amend my review. Happy camping!

WOW! I was skeptical about this tent becuase it seemed like the price was too good for a 4 person tent but this thing delivered. I used it for the first time this past weekend and it was light rain THE ENTIRE TIME. This poor tent was getting drenched the whole time and I was nervous it was going to leak. I had a 10’ x 10’ tarp under and this didn’t get waterlogged at all on the base. I did 2 heavy coats of water proofing spray before I left and I’m sure it helped, but this tent really delivered. It wasn’t until the evening of the second night that I noticed a bit of water coming in, but staying on the lip of the seam at the bottom. That was it! It never overflowed or rolled down into the tent, it just stayed at the lip of the seam, and seemed to go back out eventually. I was shocked! This thing was also SO incredibly easy to set up solo. Folding it back up was also so easy. I like that it comes with 2 sections of rope to tie it together before putting into the bag. This seriously was the easiest and sturdiest tent I’ve ever used. I plan to update on this comment after a few more uses in a variety of weather conditions.

This tent is a fantastic value! This is the 6 person size. I’m really impressed with the quality, especially for the price. I had it fully set up in under 5 minutes — by myself. It’s surprisingly spacious; I was able to fit three twin air mattresses side by side, with extra room at the foot of the tent for gear.It folds back down easily, though I do wish the carry bag was just a bit bigger to make packing up quicker. Still, that’s a minor complaint. I’ve owned a lot of tents over the years, and while this one was cheaper than most Coleman models I’ve bought, the quality feels just as solid.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Perfect for weekend camping trips or backyard overnighters.

Very good tent. Had to return it because it wasn't what I was looking for, but everything seemed to work, and would be very good for a family of four. Just remember it needs more then one to setup. The zippers also seemed to work very well, none that were getting stuck. Leakage did not seem like an issue. In terms of value for money, I'd say it's worth it.

Read alot of other reviews from different manufacturers and models. Went with this one. So far very happy. It took about 2 and a half minutes to set up with 2 people. Note read instructions.. if not extend top poles first. Easly fit 2 twin air mattress on one side of tent with extra room. Zipper feels sturdy will wait and see how it holds up. Tent feels of good material. Has good cross ventilation, and will enjoy the small vents on the bottom during summer camping.

Great quality. Lots is room on the inside. My brother who is over 6 foot tall was able to stand up inside it. Zippers are good quality. Very easy to setup. I was able to put it up and take it down by myself, although it is much easier with two people. Would recommend.
