Review: Great kettle. Love the temperature control. - It was great! Very pretty and looked nice on my counter. I was hoping it had a steeping basket inside but it did not. If you just want the hot water to add to your cup and put the tea bag in the cup it is perfect. I prefer to brew a whole pot and put it in my travel cups to take with me. It has a much better taste when you brew by the pot. I also prefer loose tea and therefore I was hoping for a steeping basket. It is a great kettle though. I love that you could steep to the correct temperature for the tea you are making. Very quiet. Overall it was a great kettle just not what I was looking for.
Review: Poor performance - It is pretty to look at but temperamental when it comes to oiling water. ! Sometimes it does other times it stays on for awhile but clicks off before boiling. I should return it but do not have the box it came in!

It was great! Very pretty and looked nice on my counter. I was hoping it had a steeping basket inside but it did not. If you just want the hot water to add to your cup and put the tea bag in the cup it is perfect. I prefer to brew a whole pot and put it in my travel cups to take with me. It has a much better taste when you brew by the pot. I also prefer loose tea and therefore I was hoping for a steeping basket. It is a great kettle though. I love that you could steep to the correct temperature for the tea you are making. Very quiet. Overall it was a great kettle just not what I was looking for.
