If the drip come directly from the middle then it is the filter tap. If the drip comes from the edges of the inside of the spout it will be the hot or cold. You will need to isolate the hot or cold supply to determine if it is the hot or cold. If the tap is leaking where the spout meets the base then you need new Spout O rings.
