I hesitated to buy this product because of the negative reviews. After using them for a couple months and having re-ordered the exact same product, I believe that people who said they didn’t stick, skipped the instructions entirely. You have to clean that area of your face so that your skin is not oily. If you do that, they Do not come off and they make breathing so much easier. I had no idea that I was waking up in the middle of the night because of breathing issues until using these strips. Now I’m sleeping through the night. There is another negative comment about not being able to get them off. I agree that they are difficult to get off, but that is a much better problem than having them fall off in the middle of the night. Anyone who has that problem should just jump in the shower the morning and let the warm water help loosen before removing the strip.I hope this encourages other people to buy them because they are fantastic And have improved my quality of sleep significantly.

They don't stick and no spring effect.

I used my first Adellina Nasal Strip last night. It worked fine until I had to remove it in the morning. It really sticks to the surface. I put water on it, and it was still hard to remove and painful. That sent me searching for instructions on how to remove them. It's not on the package, no instructions in the package, and no website to search for instructions. Not one of the reviews in Amazon mentions removal of the strip. Am I the only customer to experience difficulties? Adellina help me out here.

The media could not be loaded. I've been a regular user of Nasal Strips for 8 years. I have tried almost any Nasal Strip on the market (different Breathe Right ones, Walgreens, Walmart, Chinese bulk ones, etc.), and Adellína is the newest one for me to test.Things I loved about it:* The velvet texture of the outer layer (fabric-like) is very different and soft. It gives a great feeling as you put it on and even touch it after applying it. (To compare, Walgreens ones are so plastic and rigid.)* The fabric seems to be breathable by itself.* I was able to pull it off after 5 minutes and apply it back again. You can't do that with Breathe Right or Walgreens.* No stickiness or allergies.Things I like about it:* The packing is very nice and resealable.* It's very light and not noticeable to the person who wears it.* Perfect for sleeping overnight.Things to consider:* It's pricier than Walgreens and Breathe Right. Although, because you can take it off and put it back on, you will not waste them as often! (On Walgreens and Breathe Right, if you stick them asymmetrically and want to take it off and reapply, it won't stick. You have to use another one.)* The dark color is completely noticeable. So, if you have a chronic nasal airflow problem, and you want to wear them during the day or when exercising, it's very off on your face. (In comparison, the clear ones from Walgreens and the skin-tone ones from Breathe Right are what I wear even when I have close friends around.)=== Summary ===* I would buy these again if they go/remain on sale for nighttime. Adhesive is not the best and doesn’t work as well as the name brand strips.

I love this product, it worked from the first day. I have been sleeping much better and, according to my wife, without snoring. I recommend it.Update:After using this product for longer, I am able to confirm my initial assessment. The product is excellent and has been effective for me. I sleep peacefully. I keep recommending it.

Not sure where are the 5-start reviews are coming from, but these nasal strips did absolutely NOTHING for me. Certainly Did Not Stop nor Minimize SNORING. And they are non-refundable, so money thrown down the toilet. Would Not Recommend.

i expected a lot more from this product but i suppose u get what u pay for. works for a couple minutes before the sticky part begins to fall off with no hope of fixing it. def did not last me 90 days.
