Review: It toook me a minute to get used to the "naked" earthy flavor. I almost gave up but then discovered I can add all sorts of tasty healthy ingredients, many are Thai, that spice this up perfectly! I've created a Bone Bar in my fridge of turmeric ginger paste, basil garlic, green curry etc. This makes it fun to mix it up and brew a desired taste. I like the low salt and all natural content, and it truly does have a positive effect on sleep.

**Q: Has this been tested for heavy metals?**
A: Our bone broth is manufactured under the full-time supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).  The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set out strict tolerances for heavy metals. These government controls along with the production facilities Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program ensures our products are safe, wholesome and meet all government guidelines including those for heavy metals.

**Q: Does this bone broth have hydrolized collagen in it ?**
A: No they do not

**Q: Is this product low fodmap? Does it contain garlic or onion?**
A: It contains nothing but the broth. No salt. No sugar. I add my own flavoring.

**Q: Does this powder dissolve easily? I've ordered bulk bone broths that I can hardly use because they don't dissolve in water...**
A: Hello, thank you for your question. Admittedly, bone broth is takes a little bit of time to dissolve in water.  We find the best way to use our bone broth is to boil water, pour it into a cup and let it sit for about a minute then add one of our pouches.  It takes about one minute of stirring to completely dissolve the powder broth using this method so be patient.

I like the convenience of these, except for the flavor. I add it to liquid bone broth with some veggies and chicken to boost protein content and make a nice high protein soup. Would not consume it on its own because it tastes weird and artificial. Not sure what they mean by "unflavored" - just from the list of ingredients it should have lots of flavor.
