I read someone else say it almost feels wrong getting this thing dirty with everyday wear and tear, I agree. This is a beautiful, we'll crafted piece of equipment that will absolutely meet most peoples need for everyday use. Just for reference, I'm an electrician and I often need to cut ropes, strip wire, open boxes and I can definitely say this knife does everything I need it to do. It looks great and performs perfectly for my needs so I decided to leave my opinion.

I can't speak for uber expensive knives, but for the price point here you will be hard pressed to find better. I read someone else say it almost feels wrong getting this thing dirty with everyday wear and tear, I agree. This is a beautiful, we'll crafted piece of equipment that will absolutely meet most peoples need for everyday use. Just for reference, I'm an electrician and I often need to cut ropes, strip wire, open boxes and I can definitely say this knife does everything I need it to do. It looks great and performs perfectly for my needs so I decided to leave my opinion.

The knife finally arrived! It's aesthetically pleasing, very clean lines, well put together. Love the brown micarta scales. The flipper design works well. The framelock works nice, the lockup is solid, no sticking. The blade shape is versatile and useful for many cutting tasks. While not what I consider a hard use type of knife, it works for light to medium cutting tasks. Occasional hard use it would probably handle given it's size, though I have other knives more suited to that type of work. This knife is definitely suited for urban carry or when you want to carry light.
