I reached out to the seller who dealt with the issue. I sent pics of the damaged boxes and what parts were needed. I received all correct replacement parts within a couple of days. Excellent service. Beds are a storage godsend! My girls share a room and storage was a huge issue. I've upgraded them both to a double, everything is stored away nicely and the actually spend more time in their room, sitting on their beds playing boardgames and reading. Im not saying this bed is the greatest quality but for a couple hundred quid it's excellent value.
