So that means they were roasted 1 month prior to me receiving them. When I opened the bag, the coffee smell was not there, in fact, it smelled old and out of flavor. I brewed a pot with it yesterday (Feb 15, 2018) and it was ok, the flavor wasn't bad, but I really think having a newer bag would really help things. desertcart will need to keep the stock for this item more up to date or it just not worth spending the money. Currently, will not order again. 5 Star Update This company sent me another one for free as of May 30 and I received June 2. I am impressed since this was not requested at all to do buy them. In the comments section of the order they ensured the coffee was roasted fresh. And I opened the bag and the aroma of the coffee was fantastic. I have brewed it today, June 4 and as I write this review, the flavor is much much better than the old bag I received previously.
