Also, i am very aware that many online influencers go straight for the Solomon vests so didn't want to pick something because everyone else has it. However, i was getting a little nervous of my longer runs coming up (around 9-12km now) and having to carry extra items. I have read plenty of reviews online and i wanted a vest that didn't move when i ran, or would make me hot.This is an incredibly lightweight vest (again, i don't have a physical comparison) and i have tried it a few times now for various distances to test the capacity. With gels, a bottle of water, phone, keys and a jacket rolled up and strapped to my back in the stretch elastic cords, i could barely tell i was wearing anything.The amount of pockets on it is amazing, especially because they are spread around the vest so if you fill them all nothing gets in your way.The back is a sort of mesh so it super breathable and the elastic straps on the front are really easy to adjust, really comfortable and easy to put on/ take off. I put a 500ml lucazade bottle in the front right holder and literally minimal bounce. With my old budget vest the bottle almost hit my chin every stride lol. This soloman skin 4 is the real deal. Worth every penny.
