Product Description The fully removable orthopaedic net has been developed to maximize the quality of our mattresses. It is characterized by a very robust and innovative iron frame, which can withstand the toughest loads and by curved beech slats. Many sizes to choose from, whether you want a double net or a single net. EvergreenWeb can also realise very quickly and even custom-made slatted nets. The iron frame of the Apple series orthopedic net is designed for a very long service life. Unlike "traditional" nets, no holes are arranged in the structure to enter the slats, a small effective solution that often leads to the breaking of splashes. Our innovative iron nets are distinguished by the so-called "Portadoghe", a very strong structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which the same slats with special polyethylene supports are placed. In this way, it is virtually impossible for the slats to come off the frame, which gives the net unparalleled stability. Features: the orthopedic network of the Apple series is characterized by an iron structure made by a 40 x 30 mm tube frame and an internal counterframe for placing 14 slats of pure beech plywood, steam-bent 68 x 8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powder, resistant to corrosion and attack, completely solvent-free, so safe for health and environmentally friendly. Orthopaedic double net: the double bed of the Apple range, from the dimensions 140 x 190 cm and above, has a double reinforcement bar that guarantees an even stronger grip. A single rod is present in a square and a half. This orthopedic net has a total height, including the frame, of 35 cm. Safety Warning When assembling the bed, pay attention to the correct assembly according to the instructions. Use only the attached screws and make sure the bed is firm and secure. The bed is designed for a maximum load of 120 kg. Pay attention to possible sharp edges or corners and avoid the use of force to assemble or adjust the bed to avoid injury or damage. The fact that you can dismantled the legs and fold the frame in half for easy storage, makes this bed extremely convenient for occasional guest bed that doesn't compromise the space you have at home. It could be easily put away inside a wardrobe or under other bed. The materials used are of good quality and warranties Its durability. Customer service efficient in solving a problem with some hardware missing. It can also meet the standard to become a permanent bed.

I bought this as a guest bed and it was just what I needed. It's a very sturdy frame and kegs. Very simple design and so ingenious at the same time. The fact that you can dismantled the legs and fold the frame in half for easy storage, makes this bed extremely convenient for occasional guest bed that doesn't compromise the space you have at home. It could be easily put away inside a wardrobe or under other bed. The materials used are of good quality and warranties Its durability. Customer service efficient in solving a problem with some hardware missing. It can also meet the standard to become a permanent bed.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good bed

This bed arrived basically assembled just had to screw on the legs seemed very sturdy After about a week of using about 5 of the slats popped out ... baring in mind its basically all a 'sealed unit' I had no idea how to fix so contacted seller who basically said just push them back in Theres not a lot of flexibility in the lats there pretty solid which is good but not when your trying to force them back in a hole about 5cm down and pretty much same size as lat So I contacted again again a very prompt reply from seller and told them I just couldnt physically get the lats back in This was followed by them calling me a few times still saying just push in middle of the lat and force it back in dont worry about broken lats as we'll replace So I did which in turn snapped off lots of the black plastic around the hole for lat making the holes to big to keep the lat in place So bed is still unusable as everytime son moves in the night a lat or 5 fall out Prompts replys , quick delivery , would have been a fab bed if lats stayed in but had to give up and by a new bed
