It helped a small rash on my arm within two applications of it and that makes it good in my opinion. The smell isn't bad enough to make me not use something that works that well on my very dry hyper sensitive skin so I will continue to use it and ignore the whiff, lol. It has a nice texture, not greasy or anything unpleasant. It's a cream that you'ld think would be greasy on the skin when you first touch it but I didn't find it to be on putting it on my skin. There is enough in the pot to last quite a while although the pot isn't big. I'd buy more of it when this pot has been used up. If something works and doesn't irritate my skin I keep a note of the name and look out for it whenever I need more of this type of cream.
