Review: Necessary for Morton's Neuroma and - This cold therapy pack is awesome! On my right foot, I have plantar fasciitis, Morton's Neuroma, and a bunion. This fits comfortably. The small gel pack starts in place with velcro. I use it a couple times a day, along with my foot exercises. It is very effective with daily pain relief.

Let it freeze for up to 4 hrs prior to using. It felt great on my foot and kept the swelling down. The wrap stayed in place. The gel pack feels well made. They provide a litlle bag to keep it separate from evetuthing else in the fridge/freezer. It should last for years w/ proper use. Should anything change I'll be sure to edit my review.

I am using these for neuropathy in my feet. I love that I can strap them on! I saw on some reviews that the ice packs don't mold around your foot or arm etc.. I have found this to be true. However, I just turn the pack around vertically. It works perfect! The exposed velcro will stick to other materials though.
