**Q: Has anyone concluded if this will fit a 2005 base 1.6 litre with a 5 speed transmission?**
A: Yes.  I installed on my 2005 1.6 5 speed.  Fit perfectly.

**Q: Will this fit a 2005 Mini Cooper Base with the Getrag 5-speed transmission?  Amazon's parts finder is not the most reliable.**
A: Not sure. I ended up calling BMW/mini and giving them the serial number to the mini, they then gave me a part number. From there, I was able to compare the original part number to the replacement part and decide. There are variations and this was the only way I could get the correct one because I ended up ordering two different ones before doing this.

**Q: What is actually included within this kit?**
A: Comes with a clutch disk pressure plate and an alignment tool that is basically useless it’s to short to go through the clutch and into the pilot hole, I ended up using a snap on clutch tool.

**Q: Fix to mini 2006 base?**
A: Yes.  Fit my 2006 base model perfect and feels good.
