Height: -14cm/ 5.5" -20cm/ 7.9"(include the handle) Mould: Mould for thin noodle: Φ0.2cm; Φ0.25cm; Φ0.1cm; Mould for middle noodle: Φ0.35" Mould for thick noodle: Φ0.5" Mould for fettuccine: width-0.6cm/ 0.2" Mould for fettuccine: width-1.5cm/0.59" Mould for fettuccine: width-1.6cm/0.6" (will have deviation because of hand-measure)  Instruction： 1. Add proper water to the flour to make a soft dough; 2. Unscrew the mould, cut the dough or fruits into proper size and put it into the main cylinder; 3. One hand holds the crank handle and the other hand rotates the handle to press the dough or fruits; 4. It is highly recommended to let the outlet get close to the water in order to avoid the noodle getting sticky together; 5. Wash the noodle press machine after disassembling.  Note: Too dry or wet dough are not recommended to use with this noodle machine because you may have to rotate the handle with much effort to press the dough, or the noodles will be sticky when they are coming out. Couldn't find the correct proportion of flour. With less flour it sticks, and with more flour it gets too hard to  pass through the holes
