With this new system (this processor + ASUS Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI CEB Workstation motherboard + SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD 4TB M.2), it takes around 2 minutes! So I'm pretty satisfied with the upgrade, even though it was pretty expensive.
