First off I know Jack about mountain bikes and Jack about electric bikes. I haven't ridden a bike since my teen years. But I am turning 40 in July and wanted to add some exercise into my daily routine and have been thinking about a mountian bike for a while now. But just recently I kept seeing ads about e bikes and finally pulled the trigger for an early bday gift. After much research and looking and shopping around, the price I got this bike I believe was a steal. Keep in mind when going through Amazon you are going to pay s+h so expect and extra 150 to 200 on the price point for any e bike, I did not find any with free shipping. Either way I was excited and here's some things I wanted to point out for new timers like myself.1. This bike is perfect for the price especially for new e bike owners. There are other options and can easily go into the 1000s price range but you are paying for more battery which means more life and speed. The "best bike" is around 2000 and will get you a range of about 70-90 miles and 40-60 mph depending on brand and bike. This one gets you between 45-55 miles depending if using pedal assist or all electric and 20mph. For a grown *** man trying to not break anything, that's plenty.2. The video instruction provided on the product page by the company, there's also another tutorial from a buyer, made assembly easy. It took me around 40 minutes only because I was a little over gentle and I was oohing and awwing the whole time like a little kid.3. Awesome bang for your buck, Im not trying to go down mountains but there are dirt trails near my house and riding through neighborhoods it's a joyous ride. I'll tell you after not riding a bike for about 25 years riding this thing was so invigorating. It was fun, it was exercise, it got me out of the house and just able to free my mind, I loved it.Now here's a downer but with a silver lining. I popped my back tire. After 30 minutes and almost 5 miles my last little lap I clipped my back tire going over a curb. I was being a little adventurous and going full throttle and tried bunny hopping over a curb. I'm not a big man but my weight plus the weight of the bike (easily 50 lbs) it was totally my fault. I broke my new toy. I was devastated and knew I had to fix/replace the tire. But remember, I'm new to bikes and the bike tire looks intimidating to remove with all the chains and gears so I contacted the seller/company through Amazon. They were extremely helpful and extremely timely. I already bought fix a flat as well as new upgraded inner tubes but they sent me a tutorial video how to replace the back tire as well as new inner tubes. They didn't have to but that kind of customer appreciation speaks volumes.So long story short, if your a beginner and don't need some crazy suped up electric mountain bike, get this one. You won't regret it. If you do plan on being a little more adventurous than me and really going up and down more treacherous trails I would suggest having some upgraded inner tubes and tires (26x1.95) and also a portable air compressor.All in all great bike!

So far it is a very good bike. Upon writing this review I have had the bike for about 2 weeks. I have hashimotos and chronic fatigue and this bike helps me to get a workout in with assistance from the battery. I am trying to ride everyday or every other day about 18 miles depending on my fatigue. In Tucson we have a paved bike path that is about 130 ish miles around town, so riding has been kind of freeing and meditative. This has been the best investment I have made in a long time. I did add a wider seat, mirrors and a pack for the back rack. This has made my rides more comfortable and convenient.

It's comfortable, perfect height and better than I thought. I'm not giving 5 stars because it came w a flat tire. I bought it as a transportation, so... it's hard for me to send it back. Besides that, everything else is ok.

Bike's throttle started having issues within two weeks of owning the bike. Also the light cable had issues. The sellers customer service gave me the run around. Over all not a great experience with the bike or the seller. Not recommend. If you can, spend the extra money and buy locally

I had this bike in my cart for a couple of weeks until I decided to buy it. It was a good decision and I wished I’d bought it sooner. It was fairly easy to put together but, I’m not gifted in that area so it took me a little longer than the other reviews stated . All that aside, if you’re looking for an electric bike this is a nice option. Runs smooth, easy display and it really moves once you turn/pull the throttle towards you but, I tend to reserve that for hills.

Great value - still a couple in The warehouses so I scooped one up before they can’t bring any more in while tariff wars are happening. Very Easy to assemble, my 3 year old was “helping” me and it only took 30 minutes even with the “helping”. Takes off quick make sure you are moving don’t just full throttle on 4th speed from a standstill or that thang gonna jump. The fenders are garbage very flimsy plastic don’t t bother (maybe will block mud idk). Also the seat is pretty hard I plan on switching that out. Pleased with the purchase good value fast ride.

First time e bicycle buyer. The cycle on time be prepared to spend some time in putting it togetherPro: Strong and sturdy bike . The cycle is heavyCon: The package came with a flat tire. Seat is not comfortable. the battery turns off in the middle of the ride ( its not fun)😥 would have returned it but that would cost me almost the same with the shipping.

Assembly was quick and easy thanks to the clear instruction booklet and the included tool kit, which had everything I needed. The bike itself is excellent: fast, reliable, and ideal for a 14-year-old. Shipping was prompt, and customer service was outstanding—responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We were so pleased with this bike that we ended up buying a second one. I highly recommend this company—you truly can't go wrong.
