**Q: Can these be wall mounted or do they have to go on a ceiling?**
A: Hi, yes they can be wall mounted, just be aware that you have to find a way of losing the connection wiring, i.e a junction box.. i dont think there is a back box that fits these cameras as they have an unusual bit at the top of the mount that makes it an awkward shape

**Q: When adding a camera the pc software requires a 'media port' number. what is the port number or how do i find it? thank you.**
A: If this is a Reolink system, the system will find everything for youb when you boot it up with router connected.

**Q: Does this have a cloud storage with the app so not just using up SD card?**
A: Hello, I'm afraid not. This camera does not support cloud storage function yet.

**Q: What micro sd cards are people using? i know 64gb but what’s the best compatibility wise and playback reliability.**
