I take half a glass of water in a mason jar and one teaspoon of the powder (as advised) with 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, I close the lid and mix vigorously, then I chug the whole thing quickly while keeping a water bottle next to me so after I can chug the water as well the taste is not too bad but also not the best.
