The Big Sky Cats Octopus Refill is a lightweight, natural dye-free attachment designed to fit Wildcat and popular bird and mouse wands. At just 8 grams and 14.73 cm long, it offers safe, universal compatibility for cats of all breeds, turning any wand into an irresistible play companion.

## Description

These fun bird attachments work with the Wildcat, Flying Frenzy, PurrSuit and other popular Bird and Mouse type wands/poles (not included). Each is made with Deer hair, Buffalo hair and or Sheep wool and feathers. We do not use dyes or markers. Each will activate your cat's hunting instinct. Cats go crazy with these bird refills.They are made with the materials securely fixed to a soft leather strip running through the middle (no metal or plastic core). The connection to the wand/pole toy is via a strong braided cord loop on the front under the leather beak and another on the top behind the head so you can attach it either way!Every cat has an inbuilt natural hunt instinct and need to hunt to lead a happy fulfilled life. Regular play sessions using these attachments is a good outlet for instinctual hunting behaviors and encourages exercise to keep your cats healthy and alert.Wand/Pole is not included and required to use the these attachments. We recommend the Wildcat wand or PurrSuit pole. Colors may vary from images.* As with any product please supervise your pet's use of these toys. Inspect products often for rips or tears and remove toys if damaged. These are designed only for human supervised interaction on a pole/wand with your cat(s) to encourage cats to play and exercise.

Review: Absolutely a key part of my cat's activity - My Maine CoonX boy's fave toy now. I have been searching for a toy my boy will play with without getting bored in mere minutes for months. The vet wants him to lose weight (he was overweight when he came to us), but being a MC, he does have a decent caloric need because he is so big. So the most effective way to getting weight off him was getting him active. His hunting instincts are strong, but he is also smart enough to see through crappy, fakey toys and doesn't like them. He will interact with them briefly then ignore them. This, though? He immediately started zipping around, jumping after this, pouncing on it, and now won't give it back to play more. He is bunny kicking it, gnawing on it (and being real fur I'm not worried about it being bad for him). I expect him to actively ask for this like he does his rabbit fur teaser, too. Will be buying more from Big Sky.
Review: Our cat loves Big Sky cat toys. - My cat loves the Big Sky cat toys. I've tried Go Cats toys and she does play with them, but there's something about the Big Sky toys that she loves. When she plays with them, she looks like her cousin wild cats: she stalks, grabs, and kicks them and tosses them around. I find it a lot of fun to attach them to a wand to play with her.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely a key part of my cat's activity

My Maine CoonX boy's fave toy now. I have been searching for a toy my boy will play with without getting bored in mere minutes for months. This attachment is pretty big, not sure exactly how big but too big for my large adult cats to have any interest in carrying it around in their mouths. They do chase and play with it but not with the intensity of some of the other “da bird” style attachments. (Cat Catcher is their favorite so far)
